Who We Are
Comfort Watoto Foundation (COWAFO) is a registered NGO based in Arusha, Tanzania, committed to improving the lives of orphans and vulnerable children through holistic care, education, and life skills development. We integrate child welfare with environmental sustainability to ensure every child grows in a safe, healthy, and supportive environment.
